No. Rollmate analyzes your photo library on your iPhone. Your photos, videos, thumbnails, and photo-library search results are not uploaded to Rollmate servers.
No. Rollmate helps you find items worth reviewing, but you choose what to remove and confirm deletion through Apple’s Photos system prompt.
Rollmate can only review the items you allow it to access. Open iOS Settings, choose Rollmate, then Photos, and select Full Access if you want Rollmate to scan the entire library.
Available storage refers to free space on your iPhone. Review estimates show the total size of media Rollmate has surfaced for you to consider; they are not a promise that every item should be deleted or that the full amount will be recovered.
No. Choose Continue without an account during onboarding to use Rollmate locally. Sign in with Apple and email sign-in are optional.
Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Rollmate Settings. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Rollmate, and follow Apple’s options to cancel or change the plan.
In Rollmate, open Settings, choose Account, then select Delete Account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed through Apple.
